    This urban hotel is situated in Rovinj, right by the sea. It is about a quarter mile to the center. Shops, bars and restaurants are located around a quarter mile away, and guests can reach public transportation within about a quarter mile.


    Facilities
    Guests have a choice of 10 apartments and 109 double rooms located in two 4-story buildings with elevators. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a safe, a currency exchange service, an ATM, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a conference room. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the parking lot.     • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
