Location
The hotel is located in the centre of one of Germany's most beautiful and romantic cities. It is the ideal base for those in the city on business, wishing to conduct a conference in a relaxed atmosphere, or to take a stroll through the historic old town. Links to the public transport network are located directly in front of the hotel. In addition, the train station is within 500 m, while the city centre and its restaurants, nightclubs and shops is about 750 km from the hotel. It is 5 km to Heidelberg Castle, 10 km to Odenwald and about 30 km to Mannheim Castle.


Facilities
Guests have a choice of 174 rooms and 16 junior suites located in a 5-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Location

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
