    This apartment hotel is situated on a main road in Golden Sands, only a few steps from the sandy beach. The tourist hotspots can be reached within around a quarter mile. It is about 15 miles to the nearest airport, Varna (VAR), and Bourgas (BOJ) is around 75 miles away.


    Facilities
    The apartment complex has 196 apartments, which are located on 7 stories and are reachable by elevator. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. A safe, a currency exchange service, a hairdresser and a conference room are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the parking lot (for a fee). Bicycle storage for a fee is available to guests. There is a bike rental service as well.


    Rooms
    Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and tea/coffee station. Internet access, a direct dial telephone and a television with satellite/cable channels ensure optimal comfort. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub.     The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) offer the perfect way to unwind. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. Those who wish to stay active while on vacation can enjoy on-site golf. For a fee, cycling/mountain biking is also available. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports program, which includes windsurfing and diving, with water skiing, jet skiing, motorboat rides and banana boat rides available for a fee.     Dining facilities include a café and a pub. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu.

    Booking Policy

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
    • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
