This urban hotel is located on a main road about 550 yards from the tourist heart of Gubbio. It is ideal for business travelers as well as families. The nearest shops can be reached within about 550 yards. It is approximately 25 miles to Perugia - Sant Egidio Apt. (PEG) Airport. Ancona (AOI) is located about 55 miles away.


Facilities
The hotel was built in 1631. 95 rooms, including 3 junior suites, 12 single rooms and 79 double rooms, are available to guests in a 4-story main building and a 5-story auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A coat check, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 5 elevators. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. Other services include translation services, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry.   • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
