    This apartment hotel is situated on a main road in Puerto Rico, about 350 yards from the sandy beach. The center with all its tourist hotspots can be reached within around a quarter mile. The nearest airport is Gran Canaria - Las Palmas (LPA), situated approximately 30 miles away.


    Facilities
    Guests are warmly welcomed at the reception desk in the lobby. 40 studios are available. The apartment hotel provides a coat check and medical assistance. Internet access is available to guests in public areas. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket.


    Rooms
    Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. Internet access, a telephone and a television with satellite/cable channels ensure optimal comfort. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.


    Sports/Entertainment
    While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A terrace with outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas is available. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. A variety of activities such as tennis, golf and fishing or, for a fee, miniature golf, are offered at the hotel. Sports and recreation available at the apartment hotel (for a fee) include billiards and squash. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area.

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
    • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
