    Perfect for business travelers as well as families, this business hotel is situated in a quiet area in Perugia. It is about 8 miles to Perugia - Sant Egidio Apt. (PEG) Airport. Rome - Fiumicino (FCO) and Ancona (AOI) are about 105 miles and 110 miles away, respectively.


    Facilities
    The hotel was built in 1579. Guests have a choice of 13 junior suites, single rooms and 48 double rooms located in a 3-story main building and a 2-story auxiliary building. Valuables can be stored securely and conveniently in the safe. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. An elevator and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. Further services include a babysitting service, medical assistance, room service, a wake-up call service and a laundry service.

    Rooms include air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests.     Location

    Booking Policy

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.

    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
