    This urban hotel is located approximately 550 yards from the heart of York with all its tourist attractions. Its setting is especially ideal for business travelers. In addition to several possibilities for shopping, there is also plenty of nightlife in the immediate vicinity (nightclubs, bars, restaurants). It is approximately 30 miles to Leeds/Bradford (LBA) Airport. Tees Side (MME) is located about 45 miles away.


    Facilities
    200 rooms, including 14 single rooms and 182 double rooms, are available to guests in an 8-story main building and a 4-story auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a safe, a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand and a conference room. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and an elevator. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot for a fee.


    Rooms
    Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Rooms include a double bed. A safe and a desk are also available. Extra comforts include a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience.     • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.

    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
