This business hotel is located in the heart of Miramare, right on a main road only 60 yards from the sea. For beach vacationers and families, it is an ideal point of departure for exploring the city. There are a number of shops right next door. The nearest bars can be reached within around 350 yards, night clubs within about.

The apartment hotel has 35 junior suites, 15 suites, 55 apartments and 40 studios, which are located on 6 stories and are reachable by elevator. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. Further services and facilities include room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike rental service as well.


Rooms

A safe and a minibar are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, cooktop, microwave and tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.   • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
