    This 4-star ski hotel is located in the heart of Zermatt. Its setting is especially ideal for hikers and adventurers. Here, situated in a ski region, winter sports enthusiasts are promised an exceptional experience. Guests can reach public transportation within around 100 yards.


    Facilities
    95 rooms, including 14 suites and 63 double rooms, are located on 5 stories and can be reached by elevator. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed around the clock. Valuables can be stored securely and conveniently in the safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. A fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the parking lot. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a childcare service, room service and a laundry service.


    Rooms
    Some rooms include a balcony. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Lunch is served as à la carte, and guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu for dinner. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
