    The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel doctor.


    Rooms
    Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a mini fridge. Equipped with a telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Slippers are included.     Booking Policy

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
    • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.

    Definitely not a 5* hotel in any way, shape or form !

    The 5* rating at this hotel should be removed, it struggles to be a 3* in my opinion. They cater hugely for German and Russian tourists and make it obvious they do not like Brits and it's difficult...
