Facilities
Guests have a choice of 494 rooms located in a 6-story main building and a 4-story auxiliary building. At this bungalow complex, which includes an elevator, guests are warmly welcomed at the lobby's 24-hour reception desk. Amenities include a coat check and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot for a fee. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A bicycle rental service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms
Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also reserve wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sports/Entertainment
Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 5 freshwater pools, which are outdoors and in part heated. There is a special swimming area for little ones as well. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. Guests can relax and enjoy the outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. The complex offers outdoor sports, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, miniature golf, golf, a putting green and archery. With water skiing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, catamaraning and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Diving is organized by third-party operators. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a spa and massage treatments. Meals
Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive vacationers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a complimentary minibar. Booking Policy

As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.
The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to locals/city residents. EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for any check-in declined by the hotel or any refunds due to the above-mentioned reason.
For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.
In case of cancellation or modification, entire benefit (discount / cash back) on the actual booking amount will be forfeited.

If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
