Location
Centrally located in Grace Bay, this beach hotel offers for parents with children an ideal setting and plenty of options for entertainment. The nearest shops can be reached within about 5 minutes' walk.


Facilities
The resort has an elevators and features 168 rooms, including 48 junior suites and 99 suites. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. A safe, room service, a laundry service, a conference room, a business center and a coin-operated laundry are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and rental service.


Rooms
Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and a fan ensure comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms can be reserved. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, cooktop, microwave and tea/coffee station. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. Internet access, a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and a DVD player provide all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub.


Sports/Entertainment
The saltwater pools (in part heated) of the outdoor pool area make for soothing swimming. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports program, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, miniature golf and golf. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, snorkeling and aquafit or, for a fee, diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, billiards, yoga and aerobics. A wellness area with a spa is available to guests. For a fee, massage treatments are also offered. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment program full of fun activities.


Meals
Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room and a bar. Guests can dine in 4 restaurants, which have air conditioning and high chairs as well as smoking and non-smoking areas. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The resort also offers special catering options.

Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.
  • The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to locals/city residents. EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for any check-in declined by the hotel or any refunds due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.

  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
