    The resort has 15 junior suites, 14 suites, 194 single rooms and 194 double rooms. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Services such as a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 5 elevators. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the parking lot (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry.     Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units have a sea view.     Booking Policy

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).

    Bad service. The worst hotel.

    I had had stay in a lote of 5 stars hotels around the world but this is the worse. The AA doesn’t work. The clerk say is because the use there only one system in all the building. However in each...
