490 rooms are located on 13 stories and can be reached by elevator. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. The hotel provides a coat check, a newspaper stand, room service, a conference room and a business center. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot for a fee.


Rooms
Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a king-size bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Internet access, a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and a radio are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.


Sports/Entertainment
The hotel provides a number of options for sports and recreation. The pleasantly heated water of the outdoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming.   • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
