Location
This design hotel is a great starting point for beach vacationers who wish to get to know Cala Ratjada better. The hotel is centrally located, right on the public sandy beach, and various recreational activities are available in the area. It is about 45 miles to Mallorca - Palma de Mallorca (PMI) Airport.

Facilities
The hotel was built recently, in 2014. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (for a fee). The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Additional facilities include a TV room. Further services and facilities include a car rental service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a wake-up call service and a laundry service. Active guests can make use of the bicycle rental service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms
Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe and a minibar are also available. Other features include internet access, a telephone, satellite television and a radio. A hairdryer and bathrobes are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. 3 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be reserved. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sports/Entertainment
Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. For those who wish to stay active while on vacation, the hotel offers cycling/mountain biking. Water sports enthusiasts are offered catamaraning. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, anti-aging treatments and a solarium. Meals

Booking Policy

As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.

If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
