Centrally located in Surfers Paradise, this apartment hotel is just a few steps from the sandy beach. It is about 15 miles to Gold Coast (OOL) Airport.


Facilities
The apartment hotel has 66 rooms and 60 apartments, which are located on 12 stories and are reachable by elevator. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed around the clock. A babysitting service and a childcare service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot.


Rooms
Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Rooms include a double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A refrigerator, a cooktop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station are standard features. Furthermore, there is a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and include a hairdryer. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.


Sports/Entertainment
The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. The saltwater pools (in part heated) of the outdoor pool area make for soothing swimming. The outdoor lounge chairs are perfect for soaking up some sun. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment program full of fun activities.

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.

Great location for Gold Coast holiday

Perfect location ... right between Surfers and Broadbeach. I stayed here for 2 weeks during the Commonwealth Games and can't imagine staying anywhere else... and Im looking forward to heading back...
