This 5-star urban hotel is located on a main road in the heart of London. It is ideal for business travelers as well as families. Vicenza (VIC) Airport, located about 2 miles away, is within easy reach. It is about 2 miles and 5 miles to Wittendom (WIT) Airport and London - London City Airport (LCY) Airport, respectively.


Facilities
The hotel was built in 1865. 10 junior suites and 150 double rooms are located on 9 stories and can be reached by elevator. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Services such as a coat check, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service (for a fee), room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
