    Facilities
    The 16 junior suites, 12 suites and 8 double rooms have a pleasant, inviting atmosphere. 2 villas/houses offer even more space and comfort. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. Services and facilities include a coat check, a safe, a currency exchange service and a conference room. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot.


    Rooms
    Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well.     The saltwater pools (in part heated) of the outdoor pool area make for soothing swimming. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. Recreational activities and facilities at the resort include golf, horseback riding, surfing, a gym, a spa and a solarium or, for a fee, massage treatments.


    Meals
    Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room and a bar. A number of specialties await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A bed and breakfast package can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The complex also offers special catering options.

    Booking Policy

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
    • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
    • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
    • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.

    • In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, EaseMyTrip.com would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates.
    • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
