Located just a few steps from the tourist heart of Toronto, this urban hotel lies on a main road. In winter, its proximity to a popular alpine ski area (about 10 miles away) makes it the ideal starting place for adventures in the snow.


Facilities
263 rooms and junior suites are located on 20 stories and can be reached by elevator. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Amenities include a coat check, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot (for a fee). Further services include room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry.


Rooms
Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In some rooms, a terrace provides additional space for relaxation. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. The freshwater pool complex guarantees comfortable swimming with its indoor area and pleasantly heated water. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation.   • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
