Nestled in a region of peaceful woodlands and riverscapes, this business hotel is situated right in the heart of Aspen. The region offers ski enthusiasts perfect conditions for a great winter vacation. With the slopes so close, an adrenaline rush is never far away.


Facilities
5 junior suites, 15 suites, 109 single rooms and 46 double rooms are located on 5 stories and can be reached by elevator. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Amenities include a coat check, a safe and an ATM. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a parking lot. Further services include a babysitting service (for a fee), medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.


Rooms
Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also reserve wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 2 heated indoor and outdoor pools. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a bar and a pub. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.
  • The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to locals/city residents. EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for any check-in declined by the hotel or any refunds due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • For any modifications, users have to pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and may depend on the booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the discretion of the hotel.
