This hotel is located in the heart of Vancouver, right next door to the city's famous Gotham restaurant and its seafood restaurant, The Shore Club. It lies in the business and entertainment district, in the immediate vicinity of the Downtown area and the Jester's Grill bar. It is only seconds away from the Holt Renfrew department store and Pacific Centre Mall and just steps from the convention centre complex. The Pacific Central train station is 10 minutes away on foot, and it is a 20-minute walk from the hotel to Stanley Park.


Facilities
The hotel was built in 1912. 5 junior suites, 10 suites, 40 single rooms and 10 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.   • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
