Location
The hotel is ideally situated at the west gate of Surakarta, 4 km from Mangkunegaran Palace, 5 km from the Sunan's Palace of Kraton, 5 km from Government Centre and 5 km from the famous shopping area of Pasar Klewer. It is approximately a 15-minute drive from Adi Sumarmo Airport, and 10 minutes from Balapan Railway Station. Yogyakarta is a 2-hour drive away, while it is an hour to Prambanan Temple.



Facilities
The hotel has a lift and features 127 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered a selection of towels. Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
