Perfect for business travelers, this luxurious urban hotel is located right in the heart of Vancouver. In winter, its proximity to a popular alpine ski area (about a 1-hour drive away) makes it the ideal starting place for adventures in the snow. The nearest shops can be reached within about 60 yards.


Facilities
10 junior suites, 32 suites and 41 double rooms are located on 14 stories and can be reached by elevator. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. A coat check, a safe, room service, a laundry service, a conference room and a business center are available. Internet access in public areas allows guests to stay in touch while on vacation. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot.


Rooms
Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. A refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station are standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be reserved. The hotel has 83 non-smoking rooms.


Sports/Entertainment
The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, a spa and a steam bath. Ski lifts provide easy access to the slopes.


Meals
Dining facilities include a dining room and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available.

Location

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.

  • In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, EaseMyTrip.com would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates.
  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
