This urban hotel is located in the center of River Ranch. Restaurants and bars can be reached in about 2 miles, the nearest shops in about 5 miles.


Facilities
Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 100 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed in the lobby. Services and facilities include a safe, a newspaper stand, a playroom, room service and a conference room. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Children can enjoy the playground. Parking spaces are available to guests traveling by car.


Rooms
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Internet access, a direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio and an alarm clock are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The resort has family rooms and 154 non-smoking rooms.


Sports/Entertainment
Guests can go for an energizing swim at the freshwater pool complex (in part heated). The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the resort, including tennis, miniature golf, a gym and a spa.


Meals
Various dining options are available, including a dining room and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu.

Booking Policy

  • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
  • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
  • The room tariff is inclusive of all taxes but the amount paid does not include charges for any additional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These services will be charged by the hotel at the time of check-out.
  • If the hotel denies accommodation to the guests posing as a 'couple' on not providing suitable ID proof, EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for this condition and won’t provide any refund for such bookings.

  • In case of any amendment (date change) in your hotel reservation, EaseMyTrip.com would inform and advise you about the availability and applicable new rates.
  • If payment has been received by credit/debit card, the refund shall be credited to the same card by which the payment was received. For all other cases, the refund will be made by Account Payee Cheque only.
