    This business hotel is located approximately 1 mile from the center of Bansko. A nearby river is a major natural feature of the area. The region offers ski enthusiasts perfect conditions for a great winter vacation. With the slopes so close, an adrenaline rush is never far away. There are a number of shops nearby. It is about 100 miles to Sofia (SOF) Airport.


    Facilities
    30 apartments and 20 studios are located on 4 stories and can be reached by elevator. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. Services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service and a conference room. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a parking lot. A bicycle rental service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.


    Rooms
    Individually adjustable heating ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as a standard feature in some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Guests can also reserve separate bedrooms. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.


    Sports/Entertainment
    A refreshing swim in the indoor pool complex is a great way to unwind. Comfortable outdoor lounge chairs are available on the terrace. The apartment hotel offers indoor sports such as a gym or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments.


    Meals
    Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Catering options include a bed and breakfast package and half board. A continental breakfast buffet ensures a great start to the day. At dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet, choose dishes à la carte or order delicious set menus.

    • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
    • EaseMyTrip.com will not be responsible for the check-in denied by the hotel due to the above-mentioned reason.
    • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
    • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
    • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
    • Generally, check-in / check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and can be checked on the confirmation voucher, However, for early check-in or late check-out, you are advised to confirm the same directly from the concerned hotel.
