Perfect for business travelers as well as families, this urban hotel is situated on a main road just a quarter mile from the center of Perugia. Perugia - Sant Egidio Apt. (PEG) Airport is 6 miles away.


Facilities
Guests have a choice of 125 rooms, including 9 single rooms and 115 double rooms, located in a 5-story main building and an auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a safe, a newspaper stand, a TV room, room service, a laundry service and a conference room. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the parking lot. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.


Rooms
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.


Sports/Entertainment
The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area.   • As per the government regulations, every guest above the 18 years has to carry a valid Photo ID. The identification proofs can be Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and Ration Card. Without valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.

  • The primary guest checking-in to the hotel must be minimum of 18 years old. Children accompanying adults may be between 1 and 12 years.
  • Guests will be charged for extra bed, food and other facilities which are not mentioned in the booking and may vary as per the hotel.
  • If an extra bed is included in your booking, you may be provided with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed (depends on hotel).
